Poppies, in particular, bring so much to a soul. We see and feel happiness at seeing the colour or as a symbol of sadness. They wave in the wind and grow almost anywhere and ultimately signify freedom. At this time, November, I see them as witnesses to the sacrifice of many and a joy to our countries freedom.
